Eligibility: TWBCC reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any sponsor or sponsor representative. TWBCC will arrange for sponsors that are consistent with the policies of TWBCC and the State of Wisconsin. Accordingly, TWBCC reserves the right to deny sponsorship.

Vendor Information
All vendors will receive an 8' covered and skirted table, two chairs, and a business name banner including the company logo if applicable.
​
Retail vendors will be located outside the ballroom where there will be more foot traffic and procurement vendors will
be inside the ballroom using 8x8 foot booths with pipe and drape.
​
Procurement vendors are required to have business cards with current telephone and email contact information. These sources for new business must be monitored and replied to at least every other day. In addition, all booths must have either a pop-up display or professionally made posters/postcards displayed on an easel stand.
​
For those vendors needing help meeting these requirements, Mario Dickens of iPrint has agreed to supply his company's services at a discount to chamber members.

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation by a sponsor less than 30 days prior to the event will result in an administrative fee of 10% of the sponsorship price. Any such cancellation request must be in writing and sent via email to admin@twbcc.com.
​
Should an event be cancelled by TWBCC, your sponsorship purchase price may be applied directly to another event or will be refunded. Sponsorships for items already imprinted are not refundable. This form should be emailed upon completion to admin@twbcc.com.
